Every Mother's Day weekend the Jester Dinghy fleet flocks to Woodward Reservoir out in the San Joaquin Valley. (1999 - May 8 & 9). The reservoir, near Oakdale, is a veritable playground. It provides camping facilities with a choice of facilities from full service to undeveloped. We love staying in the undeveloped area, but going in for a shower once a day. The reservoir has a wonderful variety of wildlife, including the Santa Cruz type.
